ABOUT US

Welcome to our eco-luxury retreat in Bolivia’s high Yungas region, a sanctuary designed to reconnect people with nature and promote sustainable living. For over 40 years, our family has protected this 2,000-hectare property, ensuring its preservation and fostering conservation efforts.

Our property spans a unique valley from 5,400 to 3,300 meters above sea level, encompassing four distinct ecosystems and hosting exclusive vegetation. Located 40 kilometers from the city and 10 minutes from Unduavi, it offers accessibility alongside stunning seclusion.

Wildlife includes wild horses, llamas, alpacas, exotic birds, and opportunities for trout fishing, with pumas, foxes, and other small mammals enriching the ecosystem. Guests enjoy organic produce, mushrooms, and fresh, chemical-free eggs sourced directly from the land.

Sustainability is at our core. We use solar energy, treat wastewater, and prohibit single-use plastics. Most building materials were sourced from the property, minimizing environmental impact. Collaborations with the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) highlight the ecological value of our land.
Our retreat welcomes eco-tourists, retreat groups, and researchers, offering a peaceful escape to experience life in harmony with nature. Join us to rediscover simplicity and build a deeper connection with the natural world.
OUR MISSION
At our eco-luxury rental, we offer a unique experience that blends sustainability, conservation, and comfort. Our mission is to provide guests with an opportunity to reconnect with nature while supporting the preservation of Bolivia's unique ecosystems.

Education and Inspiration
We actively protect the 2,000-hectare natural reserve that hosts our retreat. By implementing sustainable practices such as solar energy use, rainwater harvesting, and waste management, we ensure minimal environmental impact. Collaborating with conservation organizations, we monitor and preserve the incredible biodiversity of this unique valley, home to rare flora and fauna.
Our property is designed for those seeking a harmonious connection with nature. Guests can enjoy organic produce, wild-caught trout, and fresh eggs from our free-range chickens. Activities include wildlife observation, guided nature walks, and exploring four distinct ecosystems ranging from 3,300 to 5,400 meters above sea level.
We aim to inspire visitors to live sustainably and appreciate the simplicity of life. Our property serves as a hub for scientists, researchers, and eco-tourists to learn about conservation and sustainable living practices. Through immersive experiences, we show how humans and nature can coexist in balance.
